Qualification

BE, B.Tech, MBA, Any Graduate or Equivalent 

Work Location: Chandanagar, Hyderabad  

Work Timings (US):  6 PM to 3 AM IST

Position/Role: Trainee BDE / BDE

Role Category: IT / Inside Sales

The selected candidate should be willing to honor a bond of 18 months with ARZ Techno Labs.

* Training will be provided to the Selected Candidates.

Job Description:

  • Excellent Verbal/Written Communication and Inside Sales Skills are mandatory
  • Source new sales opportunities through Outbound cold calls, emails and social media
  • Relevant experience in working for US geography and understanding of IT services
  • Ability to understand customer needs and identify client’s IT road map / requirements
  • Research accounts, Identify key players and potential prospects
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within the assigned territory
  • To secure Introductory calls and follow up meetings with C, D- Level executives
  • Route qualified leads/opportunities to the appropriate BDM’s / Sales Managers for 2nd level discussions
  • Excellent Incentives Structure per Company Standards

* Skills- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Proficiency

* The candidate must possess excellent time management, problem solving and organizational skills

* Must have interest to work with an IT Company and should be adaptable to new surroundings

* Should carry a strong desire to perform and succeed

* 2019 Graduates are preferred to apply

Candidate must have 3-6 years’ experience in Inside Sales/Business Development for IT Software Services companies.

Job Description:

  • Relevant experience in working for US geography and understanding of IT services and have expertise in Lead Generation
  • Ability to understand customer needs and identify client’s IT road map / requirements
  • Research accounts, Identify key players and potential prospects
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within the assigned territory
  • To secure Introductory calls and follow up meetings with C, D- Level executives
  • Route qualified leads/opportunities to the appropriate BDM’s / Sales Managers for 2nd level discussions

Role Category: IT Sales

Candidate must have 6-9 years’ experience in Sales/Business Development for IT Software Services companies.

Job Description:

  • Excellent Verbal/Written Communication and Sales Skills are mandatory
  • Must possess End to End Sales and Business Development experience
  • Source new sales opportunities through Outbound cold calls, emails and social media
  • Relevant experience in working for US geography and understanding of IT services
  • Ability to understand customer needs and identify client’s IT road map / requirements
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within the assigned territory
  • To secure Introductory calls and follow up meetings with C, D- Level executives
  • Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
  • Support in writing new business proposals
  • Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
  • Arrange meetings for senior management and Technical Team with prospective clients
  • Must possess strong customer service skills
  • Must have good negotiation skills
  • Excellent Incentives Structure per Company Standards

* Must have worked with an IT Company in a Sales / Business Development Department

* Should carry a strong desire to perform and succeed
